Not sure if anyone is watching online, but figured I would start a thread if anyone is around.

Per pregame radio show, Chase is starting. Hopefully he can hang in there and learn a lot. I could be wrong, but I think this gives the team the best chance to win. Unfortunately, I also think this means Barr might be out awhile.

Tough start, one deep pass to TE to YSU to 20, then a screen from about 20 yards out for TD. Looked like a hold on Drew Allen on TD pass but not called. 7-0 YSU

Weather delay.. 14 - 0 YSU. Looks like Romanchak was in there right before the delay.

Romanchak did come out with the offense before the weather delay. We will have to see if Chase is good to comeback after the weather let's up.

ORMC, do you know if Chase was hurt? I had the ESPN3 on computer, and could not get you guys on radio to sync up with video. They made no mention on the broadcast.

Any clue on timeline to get things going again?

Should be soon for at least the radio to come back on the air. Should be around 5:40pm
Chase took a big hit on the last series on 3rd down.

Saw Older Lamica in on D, good to see, though when he went it it was that screen TD.

On bit a of tangent....
Eastern Tennessee State, who RoMo played last year and beat. Just beat WCU (solid team) and beat Kennesaw State already. Now 2-0. They really struggled last year playing a ton of freshmen but have developed and appear that they are doing pretty well this year.

Just a thought of possible future with this RMU team.

Also, on ESPN3 the YSU announcers are saying that RMU could be a heck of team in a couple years.

Just noticed on drive before the FG attempt, did not see Stanley out there.

Stanley back in on Punt team. Seems like some small success running the ball. Got first first down so that is a positive, another screen hurt the drive.

Really seems like focus should be running the ball, the young guys up front are creating some holes for Satcher.

Halftime 17-0 YSU
D is hanging tough against what appears to be very good Oline. The secondary is playing especially well.

O, had some holes for Satcher, but screens are clearly not working and pressure is coming quick. A couple of the times QBs got the ball out quick on slants the accuracy was not there.

Hope D can continue to hang tough and play their hearts out, and O can get something going.

Tough game as we were out gunned from the word go. 8 seniors on this team and I believe Smigiera might be eligible for a redshirt. I hope the young guys stick it out because in a couple years we could have something special on our hands.

I also talked to Matt Barr's dad. He told me Matt is day to day. Last Tuesday he felt great and was throwing well, then Thursday he regressed and had pain again. So there is no timetable on him. Could be a week, could be a few
