Keep God first & everything else will fall in place /Scotland Campus guard(2018) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=r5rGgULwzjQ…
He's a high school point guard. Sacred Heart and Grambling have offered.Would he be a freshman? And does he have any other offers?

Correct, that's when they can sign LOIApril 11th begins the spring signing period for basketball
I've heard Seth Rouse may get a scholarship for his final year. That would give RMU four scholarships to use when the period opens, presuming no one else transfers (two grad transfers gone plus Washington and Burke).
Atem Bior would be one. Definitely need a PG. Definitely need a big man who can play the 5. Then maybe best player available or a guy who can earn some minutes on defense before developing an offensive game.
I believe Seth Rouse may get Ashmeade's scholarship.Presuming Ashmeade has also left the team I count 5 scholarships to give.
It seems as though Ashmeade's been long gone. Did anyone see him on the bench at all second semester? Or, has anyone seen him anywhere in the past three or four months?

Good info. Have to like big bodied athletes that are matchup problems!Looks like RMU got a commitment from a prep school kid.
Elijah Kiah El is originally from Philadelphia, went to a couple of the Philly public schools (George Washington and Martin Luther King). RMU has had a lot of success with Philly kids, with the most recent obviously being Koby Thomas.
Covenant College Prep is run by the same guy who used to run Coastal Academy, which is where Dachon Burke spent a year.
Wow you guys are great at finding information. Hopefully that is an indication that Koby has no intention of going anywhere.Elijah Kiah El and Koby Thomas were AAU teammates on Team Philly

Robert Morris scoops up one of my personal favorites from the 2018 class in 2017 Martin Luther King grad Elijah Kiah-El. Wouldn't be surprised if he leads the NEC in rebounding before too long
Another prep school kid. I like the approach. Prep school kids have had a year out of high school to maybe mature physically and mentally.
Yes seems beefier, a true 3. Love the pull up jumpers.Another prep school kid. I like the approach. Prep school kids have had a year out of high school to maybe mature physically and mentally.
Here's his old HS highlights.
Maybe a Dachon Burke replacement. Bigger guard who can attack off the dribble, play above the rim and shoot a little from outside.

PG article says one scholarship left. I am assuming Malik still has his scholarship and the speculation that Seth Rouse will get one for his senior year could be correct. That should leave one available to presumably use for a point guard.
Verbal Commits has been slipping a bit lately. I don't think they've reported Burke's well documented release, and Cameron Wilbon tweeted his RMU offer almost a month ago and he wasn't listed until he accepted.Ya & according to Verbal Commits, both Ashmeade & Shead are still in with RMU.

Personally, if Sheard quit his team during the season, I'd be shocked if they took him unless there was a really good reason for him to do that. Sounds too much like another PG until recently associated with the program.Ya they can be...
I’m just saying that about those 2 players. We haven’t heard anything about them either tho.
Yes, Verbal Commits is a nice resource, but it is far from complete. There is no need to keep mentioning Ashmead or Shead just because they are still listed on that website. Forget about those guys.
