RMU still feeling its way in the early going. One thing I like is there seems to be some depth. I think still think Roberto will help out a lot this year and next.

I am not counting on Roberto. He is big, and he is active, but he just does not have D-1 talent. I watched the videoes of a lot of his juco games. He scored and rebounded at that level just due to his size and being active. At the D-1 level, I expect he will pick up more fouls than score points. The other juco, Lorenzen, is a shooter but not consistent enough to help lift this team significantly. He is a streaky shooter, had some great games in the juco tournament last year. When he is on, he could help win some games, but needs to hit a higher percentage of outside shots. I really like the freshmen, but obviously it takes time for freshmen to adjust to D-1.

Man needs to get better on the offensive end.

Speaking of the Frontcourt, anyone know if David Cole is being redshirted this year for now?? Hasn't played a single minute yet.

I think Wright can be a good player if he gets his shot going which will help gain him confidence.

All in all, were still searching for our first win...

I would think the plan is to redshirt Cole. Next season Tate and Giles will be gone and there will be more minutes in the front court. Just not enough available for everyone. Would be smart to redshirt him.

I would think that redshirting him is a possibility, but if Coach Toole thinks he can help the team this year, you can bet he will be playing. I cannot remember the last time we had a player redshirt that then stayed with the program for a total of five years.

Ya I know... hope he stays... looks to have good potential and has size too
