Fordham @ CCSU
Wagner @ SFU
Duquesne @ Valparaiso
SHU @ Lafayette
RMU @ YSU
Bryant @ Maine

Fordham over ccsu
Saint Francis over Wagner at home
Duquesne beats valpo although I'm hoping for another dukes loss to rattle their confidence
Impressed with their week 1 showing, I'll take sacred heart over Lafayette
YSU at home, hate picking against my colonials but I don't think we can match up
Maine over Bryant, after watching Bryant struggle against a d2 team

Fordham @ CCSU: Fordham has a heck of a RB. Tough to know much about CCSU after playing Cuse. Fordham: 35 CCSU 14
Wagner @ SFU: Frankies put up big numbers against LH. I do think Wagner is pretty good, but I think SFU is the class of the conference. Some of us that have been following NEC football for a long would have probably never thought possible. Franks 42 Wags 21
Duquesne @ Valparaiso: This one might be interesting, Valpo hung with Montana for most of the game, and we know what happened to the Dukes. I think Dukes win this behind their RB. Dukes 28 Valpo 14
SHU @ Lafayette: Boy did the Pios O look good (at least on paper). Do not know a ton about Lafayette, but will take the NEC on this one. Pios 38 Lafayette 21
RMU @ YSU: Hate to do it, but Youngstown is pretty darn good, and in a killer conference. Took (what I think is a good) Pitt to OT, and obviously could have won. Lots of reason for optimism for the Colonials. Really could go either way I suppose depending on who all is back. Hopefully Andy will be back on D, they could really use him in these next few weeks. Will be fun to see what Dreher can do, and how they use him. If RoMo can keep it within a possession late, you never know. Pens 28 Colonials 17
Bryant @ Maine: Sounds like Bryant had to come back to beat Merrimack. The Bulldogs can score, but you expect them to beat a D2 pretty easily, but I thought the same last year with RMU. Maine will roll. Maine 37 Bryant 14

Fordham @ CCSU - Fordham has perhaps the best RB ins FCS. And they have a excellent QB as well. CCSU is looking to compete this week after their money game. I think it might be close in the 1st half but Forhamd will pull away behind the running of Chase Edwards
Fordham 31 - CCSU 17

Wagner @ SFU
What a Week 2 matchup. This could be a game where we go back to at Week 10 and see how this determined the NEC champ. Wagner is a very good team but so is SFU. The best QB in the NEC vs. a great D. Two outstanding WRs will put up huge stats. I'm giving the edge to SFU at home. They will wear down Wagner with their rushing attack and that OL.
SFU 24 - Wagner 20

Duquesne @ Valparaiso
I'm not sure if this is the same Valpo team that is the doormat of the PFL. They went to Montana in their 2017 opener and competed. It was only a 17-13 game at the half. The question will be, is Hines 100% heatlhy after that SDSU game. But I expect a different Dukes team on Saturday, ready to play.
Dukes 35 - Valpo 13

SHU @ Lafayette
Home opener for Lafayette and I think we were all shocked by SHU in Week 1. I was back and forth on this game. Traditionally I would take a Patriot League team at home vs. the NEC. I think the experience of SHU vs a new head coach and Fr. QB will show in this game.
SHU 26 - Lafayette 24

RMU @ YSU
RMU will welcome two new faces to the 2017 season after they missed both games. Will they make a difference, no. But they will provide some punch and help to continue the build the offense. RMU's D will play lights out but YSU is too strong at home.
YSU 38 - RMU 16

Bryant @ Maine
Maine lost to a very good New Hampshire team but 1 last week. Bryant needed a big comeback against a DII team.
I'll take Maine at home in an easy win.
Maine 27 - Bryant 10

I'll go:
Maine
Big home opener win for Lafayette
The Dukes win against Valpo
Can't believe I'm doing this but Wagner over SFU
Fordham easily
Inspired, fired up and new RMU wins by 3 again in a down to the wire 17-14 slobber knocker.
