Yet again we lose are leading scorer.

Hard to get the team good enough to have a shot at moving to a better conference when we aren’t even winning the NEC (cuz of this crap).

Tydus Verhoeven, Duquesne's freshman forward who had a great game against us, is also transferring. DUQ is bringing in a bunch of bigs next year so they have replacements in the pipeline.

This article notes Burke as a transfer that might be of interest to St. Johns.

A team that struggled for a lot of the year but did have a couple big wins especially the one vs the eventually National Champions Villanova.

If he’s going up, he should try to at least land in the Big East/AAC at the lowest IMO obvisouly Gonzaga would be an exception to that lol).

The guy is from Jersey and he is going to Nebraska?

Is this a good get?

Nebraska fan here :)
Burke was an NEC player of the year and defensive player of the year candidate, and was widely viewed as a surprise snub for not making first team all-conference. His offensive game exploded between his freshman and sophomore years. He's a defensive stopper who can guard anyone on the perimeter and help out inside. He can score anywhere on the floor, though he's much better driving to the basket than shooting from outside.

No question he's a power five talent. It's a huge loss for RMU.

He's a very good player and made a huge improvement from freshman to sophomore years. I think you'll be very happy with him after he works out for a year and hits the court hungry.
