All of these are based on FCS only, 123 total teams. And of course, RMU did play a couple of VERY good teams.
-------------------
The good:
Fumbles Recovered: 36(tied with a number of teams)
Sacks: 26 (tied with a couple other schools)
Total Defense: 25
4th Down Conversion O: 32
Scoring D: 38
First Downs Given: 30
The Bad
Scoring Offense: 121
Turnover Margin: 90
Total Offense: 122
Time of Possession: 104
First Downs: 122 (tied with Georgetown for last)
Tackles for Loss Allowed: 107
-----------------
Tired not to put many up that RMU is in the middle of pack. Amazing to me that the D is so high in many of the categories given playing NDSU and YSU. Also, with the time of possession being lopsided, obviously gives opposing offenses more chances to rack up stats. RMU is incredibly lucky to have Coach Farison, and being able to count on a good to great D every year.
