Clark laughed about support and said, "Bottom line, if you're winning, they'll support you." Said the great thing about the region is the passion for football.
Clark said the main recruiting hubs will be PA, Ohio, New York and New Jersey. Florida will remain a target, but others will be "blanketed". Florida will be more precise with specific programs and specific coaches.
Clark reviewed film of recruits that the leftover staff had targeted. He said he then watched the same film with his new offensive and defensive coordinators on December 22. He didn't name them and Zeise didn't ask.
Biggest influence as a coach was Jimmy Johnson, who he mentioned in the press conference.
