The dead period ended last Thursday and weather was brutal across the eastern seaboard over the weekend. Even the big schools didn't have many official visits over the weekend.
Now that classes are back in session and there seems to be a growing staff, I'd expect coaches to be on the road and official visits starting to happen. RMU has three weekends it can use for official visits leading up to signing day, and I'd imagine there will be a few guys grabbed after signing day, too.

Plungas and some of the assistant coaches have been tweeting optimistic comments about recruiting. I am looking forward to hearing some names. Hopefully, even with a late start, the coaches can pull together a quality class. The three transfers certainly got things off to a great start. Go Colonials!

John William Gay IV announced yesterday that he is going to the Air Force Academy. His final three schools were Air Force, Navy and RMU. I wish the young man nothing but the best. Although RMU was not his final choice, it is impressive for the Colonials to be in his final three along with two top military academies. All the best to you, John William Gay IV.
