As the second to last official visit weekend comes to a wrap, Robert Morris is inching closer to finalizing its class for Signing Day on February 5. Robert Morris hosted a handful of players this weekend, and many of them are still finding their way back to their homes in the winter weather.

Robert Morris may be on the verge of picking up two additional commitments from Michigan. The Colonials have hit the Midwest hard the last few years, and they already have two solid commits from Ohio and one from Michigan. Now they're close to officially adding Southfield HS defensive end Lion King Conaway (highlights).
Conaway was officially offered last week, and he also recently picked up an offer from Eastern Michigan and Arkansas Pine-Bluff. He's one of several defensive linemen who have popped onto RMU's radar, and word is he's close to committing.
Walker is a 6-foot-1, 195-pound athlete who played running back, wide receiver and corner for Forest Hills Central. He's also reportedly close to finalizing his commitment. We're trying to confirm.

Robert Morris has six quarterbacks - five on the roster, one committed - but a seventh currently has Robert Morris in his final four. Hubbard (Ohio) QB Brennan Wassil is down to West Virginia, Robert Morris, St. Francis (Pa.) and Lake Erie College (D-2). Essentially, Wassil is torn between taking a preferred walk-on option at WVU or pursuing a scholarship opportunity at the other three.
