Yep, we can be a solid 3 team if we take good ones! The deep, contested ones aren't good looks & definitely frustrate the heck out of Toole.
Worst half of basketball I've seen from RMU ever. At least I think. Only 15 points & when over 10 minutes at one point with 0 points.
McConnell is going through concussion protocol and was held out tonight. Radio crew said he'd probably be back Saturday. Had symptoms Monday, none since, but the protocol is strict.
His absence was big, but tonight was just bad. Toole said on the radio afterward that it wasnt a good week of prep and practice and it showed.
I think some of the freshmen have hit a mental wall and aren't getting details down. So they're defaulting to how they played in AAU/HS and not what the coaches are asking.

RMU did not play team basketball at all while the amount dominated them playing great team ball.
