Troy (Ohio) quarterback Mathew Barr became the third commitment for Robert Morris in the last 24 hours, joining fullback Austin Brown last night and wide receiver Jamison Williams earlier this afternoon.
The 6-foot-3, 195-pound quarterback made his announcement where everyone does anymore - on Twitter. Barr was 93-of-193 for 1,009 yards this season.
