Hello all! For many, this is the most exciting time of the year. HS players around the country will announce their intentions on where they'll be taking their talents too. This is a crucial time for programs everywhere, Robert Morris being no exception. With signing day starting tomorrow, I'll update this as often as possible throughout the next few days. Let the fun begin...
-Freeport HS S Andrew Romanchak: Romanchak might be more recognized for his play as a quarterback, but will get his shot at safety. Standing at 6-2, 190 pounds, Romanchak is a great athlete who runs track. Here is the Trib's write up on him: http://triblive.com/sports/college/district/7634843-85/romanchak-football-season#axzz3QWOrFAqH
-Washington HS RB Malik [/B]Wells[/B]: Wells led Washington in rushing yards this season. Wells stands at 5-9, 175 pounds and runs a 4.54 40. Highlights: http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1728554/malik-wells
-Karns City HS WR/TE Logan [/B]Moroney: Moroney has been on the RMU radar for a while, picking up an offer in June but not accepting until recently. Moroney stands at 6-3, 205 and has played WR but could develop into a TE, depending on what the coaching staff envisions. Here's his write up from the Trib back in June: http://triblive.com/sports/hssports/highschoolrecruiting/6332584-74/moroney-offer-karns#axzz3Qilpx5hh

-Yesterday, I wrote about the commitment of Countryside HS (Clearwater, FL) RB Dante Satcher: Satcher stands at 5-11, 175 and runs a 4.45 40. Satcher ran for over 1,100 yards as a senior. Highlights: http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2643508/dante-satcher
-Douglass HS (Upper Marlboro, MD) DT Amir Fenwick: Fenwick has one of the more impressive resumes in this recruiting class. Fenwick stands at 6-2, 265 and played in the Big33 PA vs. MD all-star game. Fenwick was named first team all-MD by numerous publications and was named player of the year by his local paper, The Gazette. Highlights: http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1486543/amir-fenwick
-Good Counsel HS (Olney, MD) DB Roger Richardson: Another impressive resume, Richardson had received interest from numerous larger schools like Maryland, Florida, and Clemson and had an offer from Georgia Tech but lands at Robert Morris. Richardson stands at 5-10, 168 pounds. Yahoo! Lists Richardson as a three-star recruit. Highlights: http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1563736/roger-richardson-iv
-Westville South HS (Westville, OH) LB Shuron Howard: Standing at 6-0, 190 pounds, Howard lands at RMU. A local Toledo paper has a nice write-up on his decision and what appealed to him: http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1600528/shuron-howard
-Poland Seminary HS (Poland, OH) LB Adam Wollet: Wollet stands at 6-0, 220 pounds and was first team all-district and second team All-Ohio as a senior. Highlights: http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1764749/adam-wollet
