That is a tough spot to be in. Wonder if they will promote from within. Know they just had a FBS QB announce he was going there. From Georgia State I think.
Going to be a hell of a challenge for CCSU's new AD.
Whole state of Connecticut university system is having budget issues, too. UConn is talking about cutting sports. So I can't imagine that they can pay a ton to try to woo someone from outside.
Probably should just promote their offensive coordinator. Their QB from last year is getting some draft buzz, might be a mid-round pick. If they promote the OC, they'd have some continuity and might be able to capitalize a bit on having an NFL draft pick.
