The arena is worth the short term sacrifice. It completely changes the university, both from an athletics perspective and in being able to host large events and conventions.

RMU gained little by playing downtown. Attendance may be small, but it'll at least be a unique environment.

So now they're saying UPMC Event Center won't be done until April, after any home games. Glad games will still be on campus, as we've all suggested here.
