The colonials are looking to pick up their first win today as they play the Air Force Falcons today (which is the first game of the Air Force Classic- 4games).

Tip time is 4pm ET and 2pm MT.
Listen to the game on 970 ESPN

And watch the game here: http://www.goairforcefalcons.com/videos/live.html

I agree with C-Cappella and think RMU can pull off a W against a team that just edged Mississippi Valley St by 1 pt.

Hope that Jason will get the game preview up on this site soon...

3 keys to the game for RMU:

1. The Minnie factor-
Elijah Minnie needs to stay out of foul trouble early and score in double figures today. Shooting a good percentage from the field would be great also.

2. Prior things have happened and greater things are to come-
Rodney Pryor needs to get back to the form he had vs Penn. He needs to take "good" shots and not force things. If he does that, most likely things can/will go well for him and RMU.

3. At 0-3, better things are Still to come-
RMU freshman Isaiah Still has stepped up as an offensive and defensive presence for RMU since Matty McConnell got injured. He needs to continue shooting, and shooting well and RMU should do good.

Bonus Point- Kavon Stewart needs to build off of the Bucknell game ( 6 assists) and play well. He needs to get to the free throw line and drain them.....

Let's Go Bobby Mo!!!

Going to be a tough 2-game swing out west particularly if we are without Matty and Aaron. Hoping to see continued improvement on D and, if we play solid there, definitely have a chance. Conditioning will be a challenge with the altitude so will need a complete effort across the board. Go Colonials!

Agreed, that was a terrible first half of basketball, Pryor did his job but everyone else looks shaky...Whitley is a freshman and probably playing more minutes than he should(McConnell injury)

McConnell's injury is KILLING this team offensively and it shows in this game!!!!!

-also not having Aaron Tate (and Joe Hugley) hurts as well. Why couldn't Steve Bennett have taken his darn strength & conditioning test??? Depth would help this team as well. They only had 8 players to play today (scholarship that is)...

Only putting up 52 pts in the total game?
They put that # up in the Second half against North Florida in the Tourney!!

Not a great time (right now) to be a colonial hoops fan.

These dudes better get their acts together soon. RPI does make a difference and so does WINNING.

I'm not happy.......

We need better play from our PG. That is the position that is hurting us the most now given his experience and how well he played down the stretch last year. He is playing way too loose with the ball and the crazy drives with no finish is not productive and effectively a turnover. He turned it around last year after a rough start so, hopefully, that will happen again. Rodney was great again today. Too bad he didn't get much help.

Yea, Rodney was great, but every one else shot below 35% from the field. Still played another good game and can handle the ball well for a 6-6 guy. Minnie played ok at best and Stewart shot like 1-9 from the field!!

We need shooters. Get well soon and fast Matty!! Wouldn't mind seeing Lester take more shots (& 3's).

Would also be nice if Joe Hugley (new freshmen) could get well and play. 6-7 can play the SF and PF position. Want to see him play.

Go RMU
