I agree ORMC, seems like a great hire. I really think there A LOT of coaches that would love to coach in the NEC. It is a winnable conference, not a true dominant team anymore. As long as Conference keeps the Auto bid I think all the jobs would be very attractive to young, motivated, high energy coaches.
