NEC Power Rankings: Week 4

7: Robert Morris 1-3: No change, Malone took them to the wire. Glad they did win though.

6: Wagner 2-1: Beat who they were supposed to, lost to BC. I was surprised they hung 10 on BC. They Have SHU this weekend.

5: CCSU 1-3: Bryant beat them by 20 last week, they are on a bye this week.

4: Duquesne 2-2: Might be a little low, but lost to KSU last week, watched a portion of the game, lots of mistakes by the Dukes. Jacksonville this week should get them back to their winning ways.

3: Bryant 2-2: Have either won by 20 or been within one position (8 pt loss to Brown). Playing Maine this weekend, pretty strong OOC schedule.

2: SFU 1-3: They have hung with some of the best in FCS. They were beating Albany in 2nd half Saturday but could not hang on. They play Malone this weekend, we be interesting to see the comparison.

1: SHU 4-0: I thought Stony Brook would take it to SHU, but complete opposite. What a great win for the conference. Probably wont learn much this week, They travel to Wagner.

7: Robert Morris 1-3: Allowed Malone to make it a close game in the 2nd half. There were spots of improvements but not enough yet to move them.

6: Wagner 2-1: We will see what Wagner is made of against SHU.

5: CCSU 1-3: Their D is giving up 40pts per game. Thankfully they are on a bye.

4: Bryant 2-2: Highest scoring offese in the NEC. Need to improve their D some if they plan on making a run at the NEC title.

3: Duquesne 2-2: Probably not quite the non-conference record the staff and players had hope for. Road trip to Florida to play a tough J'Ville team. Solid road win should get them ready for NEC play.

2: SFU 1-3: Keeping game close and losing will get you only a pat on the back. They need to whip up on Malone prior to their NEC opener @RMU.

1: SHU 4-0: Shocked by how they completed their business trip to Stony Brook. Should be ranked in the FCS top 25. They can't sleep on Wagner this weekend.
