RMU comes out hot and its a tight game at half hitting a lot of threes. They go from hot to on fire in second half and pull the upset 78-75.

Your positivity is commendable. I'll take a 10% sluggers chance of beating them. The predicted 14 point loss would be nothing to be ashamed of. We need to care of the ball, don't panic when we fall behind and take good shots. Let's keep it close and see what happens at the end (if the refs let that happen). Game is somewhere on ESPN @ 7:00.

Unless something changed, it's on ACC Extra which is able to be seen on ESPN3.

Hopefully we lose by less than 15-20...that'd be respectable. To be close/win, we'd have to play some of our best basketball like we did vs Drexel.

Ya I didn't like the call on Koby at all...

Apparently it was him yelling at the player (per the game announcers anyway).

He's gotta be careful about it tho in the future.

Hard to be too upset with a 12 point loss but it is disappointing given the first half we had and how we were up or even much of the game. If they play that hard in NEC they will do well. Koby was not much of a factor however Matty stepped it up.

This team has great potential & should do well in NEC play. Really wished that we could have won but we showed that we can hang with the big dogs tonight. Should help with the players confidence down the road.

Btw, great game by Gombe! Need more Ronnie & less David Cole! He went for 11 points, 6 boards, & a block. Also is a big presence in the paint.

Need a win Friday to have a winning OOC record.

Agreed with all the points, particularly Gombe. That young man plays hard, hopefully he gets more minutes in the future. He seems to be real team guy, when guys get trapped holding the ball, he seems to be a outlet a lot of times due to his hustle and game awareness.

Just really like how hard he plays.

Yes Gombe played well. I like his energy, and he is actually pretty athletic for his size. Very good production in limited minutes. I agree I'd like a win on Friday to go into conference play in the plus side. Let's get to Palumbo and support them!
