By the way, RMU still has the job for Director, Football Operations posted. I have not seen a posting for an assistant coach position to replace Pat Shepard.

I think that's a great hire, former NFL RB and special teams guy, played under miller so he knows the expectations. Not sure they could've hired a better guy to replace Russ
